False Start, Five-Yard Penalty

The market rally was a surprise for most and for those of us who wanted to enter some plays at a cheaper level we would love to see a five yard penalty enforced from the original yard marker. A dip back to 8250 on the Dow would work for me. $30 oil would be even better.
